All goods will be sent via Australia Post.
**Dangerous goods (e.g. Aerosols, Nail Polish’s, Hair Colour) cannot be sent via Express Post. Dangerous goods cannot be sent to all destinations as per Australian Shipping guidelines.

Delivery times are a general guide. Rural and peak periods may cause delay on delivery.
All orders in an excess of 3kg may occur an additional delivery charge. A customer service consultant will be in contact prior to sending your purchase to inform you if this is going to occur.
To ensure your parcel arrives safely to your chosen destination we offer an optional shipping insurance from Australia Post at a flat rate of $2.95 which will be added to the total of your order upon checkout. If you choose not to accept the offer of delivery and shipping insurance, dose THE HAIR COMPANY will not be held accountable for any damages or lost parcels during transit.
All orders will be submitted to the address provided by you at the time of order placement. If an incorrect address is provided or you no longer reside at that address we will not hold any responsibility for that shipment sent.
If you believe your product purchased is faulty, we require you to contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All items deemed faulty must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Management has the right to deem if the product is faulty, and if agreed, will send a replacement product where available or a credit to the same value if that product is no longer available to be supplied.
